This role is to maintain and improve the environments for the enabling tools that Global DevSecOps team owns. This role will be challenged to meet the demands of a growing global business across various tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jenkins and ARM.
**Responsibilities**
- Should be enthusiast to learn how to admin and maintain activities for all the tools supported by the Cloud Enablement team.
- Application server support and Linux administration knowledge is desired.
- Knowledge in CI/CD process
- Adhere to best practices and complete meticulous documentation.
- Will learn the ability to customize the CI/CD pipelines as per the Project requirements.
- Ability to Root cause issues and document those.
- Collaborate with all areas of the business as required and represent the Cloud Enablement team.
- Actively participate in our AGILE methodology and SCRUM ceremonies.
- Familiar with any cloud-based technologies preferably AWS, desirable
**Qualifications**:
- Advanced student in a Technology oriented bachelor's degree program.
- Problem Solving skills and ability to RCA issues and resolutions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to demonstrate troubleshooting/diagnostic skills, think analytically while working in a fast-paced IT environment is required.
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Shows initiative to resolve problems discovered.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion.
- Works effectively as a team member in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
- Should have desire to learn new technologies.
