Developer 1, Customer Data Management

**In this role, you will**:

- Perform research and analysis to build prototypes and validate if the solution is the best fit to meet the requirements
- Write code based on defined specifications while adhering to coding standards, design guidelines, and security protocols
- Identify the root cause of data inaccuracies and recommend manual and/or automated processes to improve data integrity in the customer data management system
- Support by serving as an escalation point for issues requiring troubleshooting or problem-solving
- Attend scope reviews, provide own work estimates/timelines, and negotiate in case of differences

**For this role, you will need**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Computer Science, Information technology, Information Systems, or similar)
- At least 1.5 years of relevant work experience in the database development field
- Experience in reading and interpreting Entity-Relationship Diagrams
- Experience in writing complex SQL and PL/SQL programs
- Business analysis skills specifically applied to data and requirements
