**Shift Type: Evening Shift - Mon-Sat**
**Mon
- Fri: Shift start: 4 pm - Shift End: 11 pm**
**Saturdays: 12 pm to 7 pm**
**Position Summary**
This is an intermediate technical position. Responsible for creating high-quality treatment planning and digital set-up with company CAD software. Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience is required. This position bases in Heredia Costa Rica, reports directly to DTP Designer Supervisor.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create high-quality digital treatment plan that will provide the clinical effect expected by our customers, follow prescriptions and instructions received from providers. Have effective clinical communication on treatment planning with Drs via company software and platform.
- Develop professional expertise. Able to independently complete the design of complex cases.
- Able to use experience to avoid some common technical problems. Able to follow the special instructions and preferences of important customers and complete various designs
- Able to accurately identify the needs of customers and continuously follow up with customers to ensure that problems are solved
- Able to handle small to medium scope projects as assigned.
- Actively acquire relevant knowledge and improve professional ability.
- Able to coordinate work priorities according to team / department objectives.
- Maintain good cooperative relations with the partners in the group, do not shirk or reject problems, and strive to promote solutions.
- Follow DPS working instruction, clinical protocol, quality instructions and other guidelines.
- Follow working schedule, accomplished daily production operation task assigned by team leader.
- Able to identify opportunities for improvement to achieve the KPIs of production and quality (quality, productivity, lead-time, convert rate, value etc.).
- Follow all established company policies and procedures including health and safety.
- Participate in team meetings, training, tests, and other activities as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Normally requires a diploma degree or a Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
- Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools. Experience with CAD-CAM or 3D software is an advantage.
- Work with mínimal supervision, in a performance oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Logical thinking, results and quality oriented: able to work under pressure to achieve goals. Agility to solve problems.
- Good communication skills, teamwork spirit and passion for learning.
- Good in English, both written and spoken is a plus.
