Deputy Program Manager - Costa Rica Carsi

SGI Global is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to oversee a contract under the Central America Regional Security Initiative (CARSI). The CARSI Initiative, one of the largest and most sophisticated multi-lateral security efforts in the world, provides funding for the USG to assist the governments of the CARSI countries with police professionalization, justice sector reform, counter narcotics efforts, border security management, crime and violence prevention, and anti-corruption efforts.

**Qualifications**
- US Citizen
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Secret Security Clearance
- Five (5) years of project/program management experience, international law enforcement, and/or criminal justice assistance.
- Eight (8) years of professional experience as a manager
- DPM will have overall responsibility for in-country operations DPM will interface with the Program Manager and in-country U.S. Government representative designated by INL.
