UPS is seeking an experienced Deployment Global Specialist to work closely with our Customer Solution Special Point on Contacts to complete the implementation of core and complex solutions, as well as reporting needs as requested. He/She assists with the implementation and deployment to help drive the approach of the customer overall project plan. **Job Duties**
- Works with appropriate IT functions to Implement Projects consisting of CampusShip, Quantum View Manage, Quantum View Data, Flex Global View, WorldShip, Crossware, Billing Center, Billing Data, SimilarWeb, EDI, EMT, Host Access, API, and Custom Deployment Tools
- Develop, Distribute, and Support Reports for Data/Shipping Analysis, Time in Transit, Service Maps, and Address Validation
- Work with appropriate IT functions for problem resolution requests
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Access, and SharePoint
- Programming experience in various languages and web tools environments (SQL, Visual Basics, VBScript, systems-oriented languages such as C++, database design, ASP, CFML, HTML, Java Script, XML, Restful, etc.)
- Team player with excellent written and oral communication skills for written and oral reports
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to adhere to strict timelines.
**Work Experience**
- Very strong communication skills in English (Additional Languages of Spanish, Portuguese, and French a plus)
- Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) - Preferred
- Previous experience in a call center environment and customer service experiences an asset.
