Deployment Lead

Defines high-impact, long-term supply chain architecture strategies at the global, regional and operational level.
Establishes and manages cross-functional, cross-regional teams to design and implement end-to-end supply chain capabilities, network design and architecture strategies.
Manages strategic supply chain models which translate physical and financial flows into business processes, implementing product and services supply chains into the company's business systems.
Identifies, recommends, and implements opportunities for improvement across the supply chain.
Partners with management and the extended organization to identify operational inefficiencies and new business opportunities.
Develops recommendations based on benchmarking, financial results and statistical data.
Communicates strategic direction to the organization.
**In a typical day as a Deployment Lead, you would**:
- depth supply chain and industry knowledge.
- Interprets data to create new processes, strategies, and tools to be used for supply chain business objectives.
- Leads large, cross
- functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance.
- Owns complex strategic supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution.
- Consults with business executives on a wide range of high-level supply chain issues, including risk management and new growth opportunities.
- Creates new frameworks for delivery and contributes to tools, templates, and intellectual capital.
**_If you are:_**
**_Education and Experience Required:
- **
- **10+ years work experience in Supply Chain.
**:
- **Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent in Business Management, Industrial engineering or Mechanical Engineering**:
- **A**dvanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
**:
- **Mastery in English and local language.
Advanced Level is required.
**:
- **Experience and knowledge of PM, specific certification is highly appreciated***:
- **Experience and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, specific certification is highly appreciated***:
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Support process team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing _process improvement_ and process re-engineering opportunities.
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Extensive knowledge of and ability to manage complex financial analysis and modeling.
- Advanced team and project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently.
