Be part of it.**In this role, your primary responsibilities include**:- Collaborate closely with dentists, oral surgeons and dental labs, to review proposed surgical plans and designs- Collect feedback from customers via digital platforms or calls and make final modifications to proposed surgical plans and/or dental designs by utilizing dental surgical planning and dental CAD software- Provide feedback from customers to the Service Center Head to continuously improve service levels and potential expanding existing service offering- Stay updated on technological advancements and best practices in digital dental surgical planning- Build strong relationships with customers to provide added value to the services**Your profile**:- Dental technician or bachelor´s degree in Dentistry or a related field- A team player that is comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment- In-depth knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion and the maxillofacial region- Strong technical skills and ability to utilize digital technology and specialized software- Experienced in dental CAD software- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers and the team- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in patient care- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy- Is capable and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment- Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude- Fluent in English**Personality**:- Mature and grounded individual with high learning agility- Calm and self-reflective individual who accepts feedback and is willing to continuously learn- Open, positive individual with a can-do attitude and respect for others- High level of integrity, commitment, and ethicsJoin our team of dedicated dental professionals and contribute to the advancement of dental surgical planning through exceptional digital expertise and customer experience.
