**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Project Demand Management**
- Utilize business tools in monitoring customer projects from proposal stage to project won to conversion to sales order and fulfilment of demand
- Enter, manage, and maintain projects in the internal planning database to ensure accurate project forecast
- Ensure that high visibility projects in the world area S&OP are covered in project forecast.
- Drive internal customers (FSO's, EIP's, iCenters, Engineering Centers) in maintaining business tools for accurate project planning.
- Adjusts and aligns the demand plan based on changes in the project milestones and material requirement so the supply plan can also be adjusted.
**Internal and External Collaboration**
- Lead world area, regional and sitewide Demand Collaboration discussions to facilitate collaborative planning and risk communication.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to obtain most current project data information and discuss the results of the project measures, drive actions to improve performance and discuss future projects.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Order Fulfilment, Planning and other relevant functional groups to ensure that planned ship dates of project requirements are met with optimal cost.
- Review demand plan and inventory strategies to reduce excess inventory.
- Handle escalations relating to project prioritization and supply allocation.
- Coordinate with various Supply Chain teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct internal training and refresher related to demand planning.
- Contribute to the development of new processes, work procedures and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity of the planning team.
- Ensure that all planned projects are scheduled based on the need-by-date to support project milestones.
**Inventory Management**
- Review all projects scheduled within the next 12 weeks to firm the project forecast.
- Monitor and review all project demand movements to reduce potential inventory risk and forecast errors.
- Review project movements and assess its impact to DOH and other inventory metrics.
- Identify, recommend, and implement inventory management initiatives based on DOH and other inventory analysis tools.
**Data Analysis, Reporting and Backup Support**
- Provide various monthly management reports - including KPI's, quad charts and higher management measures (as requested) to drive actions in line with business needs.
- Create / Update Process Maps and Work Instructions to standardize planning processes and ensures process quality and compliance.
- Review relevant data and create action plans to resolve identified gaps in the process
- Support special / one-off projects where planning expertise or knowledge is needed.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify true reasons for failure or misses so that appropriate actions can be taken.
- Provide monthly PMM POR Estimates to determine the estimated expected sales for projects.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum +5 years experience in a Supply Chain, Electronic Manufacturing or Logistics Operation
- Graduate of a 4-years' Bachelor's degree. ( preferred)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams.
- Has practical experience in using ERP systems like Oracle ,SAP or JDE.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills with high interpersonal savvy.
- Driven to succeed and highly motivated
- Can work independently with mínimal supervision with strong collaborative skills
