FCDO Data Services is seeking for a professional whose core responsibility will be to participate in a diverse portfolio of transformation projects which relate to the design and implementation of initiatives to continuously improve the integrity, quality and timeliness of our Data.
This position will report to Data Services Transformation lead and will work to upgrade processes, organization and technology capabilities to assure the adequate support of diverse reporting initiatives (Capital Planning, Liquidity, US Regulatory reporting, Local Regulatory Reporting, Interest Rate Risk Reporting and Credit Risk).
The role will require significant partnership with other global teams including Finance and Risk Shared Services, Global Functions Technology, ICG, GCB, Balance Sheet Substantiation, Controllers, US Regulatory, Management Reporting, Treasury, Product Control, Risk reporting and others.
The position represents a unique opportunity to learn about Citi's business, processes and reporting areas and the ability to work on a position with high visibility.
**Key responsibilities**:
Participate on the execution of specific transformation initiatives, not only by engaging and obtaining support from appropriate stakeholders but also by providing functional expertise when required.
Transformation initiatives relate to diverse set of strategies to reduce adjustments, provide adequate response and resolution to issues raised by consumers, address deficiencies encountered on upstream data providers, analyze and re-organize teams and processes to increase both our effectiveness and efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor university degree completed
- Advanced English level
- 7+ years of experience in Financial Services industry
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills coupled with adequate to finance or risk background.
- Data Modelling
- Advanced experience / knowledge of Python and Power BI
- Personally demonstrates the desire for continuous learning
- Ability to understand the strategic direction and deliver successful results in a complex and cross functional organization.
- Solid communication skills
- Interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to build a broad base of support among key decision makers
