**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
As a Research Intern within BCG's Data and Research Service (DRS) function, you will play an important part of our Costa Rica DRS team. You'll collaborate on challenging research projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you in the future.
**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:
Engaging with teams
- In a rich and fast-paced environment, you will engage with our Consulting and Knowledge Teams on a daily basis aiming to understand and deliver relevant data and information in a timely manner in different practice areas.
Learning Analytical Thinking
- One important aspect of your internship will be learning research analysis, including: methods, databases, and tools, synthesis & packaging.
Working Accurately in a Fast Paced Environment
- Under direct supervision, you will work on clarifying research objectives and effectively discuss potential research approaches.

- You will work closely with the DRS team, embracing the highest level of quality and customer service, while also involving in quality assurance processes.
