**Responsibilities**:
- Perform supervisory activities of individuals including duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and/or termination
- Provide oversight and guidance to employees to enhance their data quality, analysis and reporting processes
- Drive data quality resolution strategies and practices
- Lead data improvement initiatives in compliance with Citi Data Governance Policy
- Liaise with other areas of the firm to understand data challenges and solutions, perform financial reconciliation, and measure Data Quality to drive data quality resolution
- Define and formulate business requirements documents
- Optimize metrics reporting process; Perform analysis to test hypotheses and size opportunities, and/or oversee efforts for Data consumption demand and Data requirement from strategic data repositories

- Support senior management strategic vision by developing and recommending solutions to address issues and capture opportunities
- Present findings/analysis and make recommendations to senior management
- Identify critical data elements, Data Quality rules, thresholds, and other business requirements
- Report Data Quality issues through Citi's corresponding Data/Issue management process
- Lead project management efforts that support the design and process improvement projects across the enterprise
**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience defining and implementing Data Quality programs; 5 + years of experience in Data Management; Banking or Finance industry preferred. 5+ years of management or supervisory experience required

The Data Quality Manager is a seasoned professional role responsible for operational/service leadership and direction to team(s) in coordination with the Data Quality team. The overall objective is disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. The role may contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within the area of Data Quality. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. - Responsible for managing E2E Releases and coordinating with multiple functions across the firm.
- Develops and maintains technical documentation such as Business Requirements Documents, Test Strategy, Release projects plans, etc.
- Strong knowledge and working experience of JIRA, Confluence, Service Now and Project Management software.
- Strong Documentations skills to prepare Software Development lifecycle Documents.
