**Job Description**:
Datasite is hiring a Data Quality Analyst to help enrich customer data to assist our Sales/Marketing teams.
This is a full-time, hybrid position (1-2 days/week in office); our office is located in Heredia. Remote work location must have high-speed internet access.
**Responsibilities**:
- Correct structural errors in data sets: typographical errors, invalid entries, syntax errors and missing values.
- Eliminate outliers, out-of-date entries, redundant data, and merge duplicate Account and other data.
- Cleanse and enrich customer data to optimize usability in support of all business functions.
- Participate in Data Steward and Data Quality meetings and initiatives.
- Contribute to developing Data Quality and data control methodology and advocate best practice adoption.
- Early adopter of AI-enabled technologies to ensure data integrity and optimize usability.
- Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners to support processes and strategic projects.
- Collaborate with other Data Stewards and internal teams to share insights and best practices.
Qualifications:
- AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training)
- 2+ yrs. experience with working with larges data sets, particularly related to cleansing sales/marketing customer data.
- Demonstrated proficiency in core Salesforce functionality and navigation is required; experience in Sales Cloud and/or Salesforce Inspector a plus.
- Basic knowledge of database concepts; any experience with Snowflake, MongoDB, etcr is desirable.
- MS Office and data manipulation proficiency, e.g., Excel pivot tables & charts, lookups, formulas, etc.
- Experience developing or working with Data Dictionaries and data maps.
- Demonstrated analytical skills; observation, research & interpreting, and distilling complex ideas into solutions.
- Ability to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
- Strong aptitude for learning new technology products and building industry knowledge.
- Ability to work independently, unsupervised, and as a team player.
- Direct experience & use of CRM customer data (Account, Prospect, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Parent/Child relationships).
- Experience with data enrichment tools/apps, e.g., Salesforce DataCloud, ZoomInfo, Ring Lead, Workbench.
- Understanding of DAMA and DMBOK core data governance principles highly desirable.
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools, e.g. MS Teams, Slack, WebEx.
- Expert fluency speaking and writing English in a business environment.
Nice to have:
- Proficiency working with Collibra DQ (or similar system) is highly desirable.
- Experience with related tools Merger Market, Pitchbook, Merger Links, Linked In Navigator is helpful.
