The HR Control & Compliance organization is responsible for establishing frameworks with respect to both the identification and management of human capital risk, as well as organizational control and compliance strategies and programs.
This includes the definition of risk appetite, the development of compliance and risk management strategies, as well as the identification and assessment of new and changing sources of risk.
The Data Privacy, Records Management Senior Analyst is responsible for the development and execution of this framework, including:
Data Privacy, Cross Border Data Transfer: This position is responsible for reviewing and assessing initiatives considered for a Cross Border Data Clearance ("CBDC") as well as requirement assessment on global privacy related legislation and other emerging privacy regulatory requirements.
Considerations in this practice include; employee consent requirements, third party exposures, delivery platform (ex.
cloud) considerations, data storage and data access location review.
Specific responsibilities for Data Privacy matters are:

- Develop and manage process of collecting employee consents.
- Manage annual review of consent documents
- Track and monitor privacy notices, ensuring annual updates are performed as required.
- Complete Privacy Impact Assessments Delivers learning and development programs and is a recognized leader in training and developing others.
- Provide guidance and support with Cross Border Data Clearance submissions
- Review and Manage the implementation of systemic changes required to comply with Global Data Privacy Regulations.
Specific responsibilities for Records Management matters are:

- Serve as primary business liaison between the Global Record Management Office and Human Resources
- Design and develop the HR Global Deletion Process
- Design and develop the HR Legal Hold Mechanism
- Coordinate and Manage HR specific program enhancement projects.
- Track and update Global HR Record Management Officer listing.
- Generate and manage global record inventories
- Identify and classify records
- Respond to compliance challenge reviews
- Review and facilitate global electronic record deletion
- Coordinate annual record inventory accuracy attestations with Business Unit Heads (BUH)

Specific responsibilities for Data Control matters are
- Manage controls and monitoring associated with HR adherence to Citi's Data Management Policy and associated standards.
- Advanced English speaking and writing
- Review and development of critical data elements and the data element catalogue.
- End User Computing Champion ("EUC") - Responsible for Risk Assessments, Retirements, and Monthly Compliance of EUCs.
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, education, and / or training, Master's Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Compliance and/or Risk Management
- 5+ years of experience in a Program or Project Management role
- Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels of internal and external audit and senior management.
