TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Privacy:
Provide advice on general, recurring questions assigned by OM/TL/Specialist in the area of Data Privacy, including advice on the correct interpretation of LPC related Bayer policies as determined by OM/TL/Specialist.
Handle the Integrated Compliance Management for DP.
Support the Effectiveness Monitoring for DP, if required.
Provide Data Privacy consultancy as determined by OM/TL/Specialist.
Perform all elements of the global Data Privacy Management System (DPMS) for operational handling.
Others:
Support trainings for DP topics as determined by OM/TL/Specialist.
Support LPC (DP) driven communication campaigns for DP topics.
Advise business and platform functions on organization and responsibilities within LPC related to DP topics as determined by OM/TL/Specialist.
Caretaker of Country / Country Region as determined by OM/TL.
Representative of LPCX in Projects/Initiatives as determined by OM/TL/Specialist.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by OM/TL/Specialist.
WHO YOU ARE
Academic degree in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, IT, Information Security, controlling/audit or related discipline.
At least 1 to 3 years of professional experience after graduation in the area of data privacy (mandatory), legal and compliance work for an international law firm, or a multinational company.
English and Spanish language on native speaking or comparable level (C1) both oral and written.
Good communication and training skills, also vis-à-vis non-lawyers.
Goal-oriented, hands-on, proactive team player.
Understanding of foreign cultures, ideally proven by time spent abroad.
Good knowledge of Compliance Management Systems (desirable).
Knowledge on anti-corruption, anti-trust, data privacy or laws relevant to the health care or crop science industry helpful.
Process and IT affinity.
Good project management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, and knowledge in handling of management tools.
