**Job Description**:
The new data management specialist senior will play an instrumental role in supporting all ongoing processes within the Data Analytics department.
This position will also support the enhancement of various data accuracy and litigation initiatives by monitoring and analyzing consumer credit data.
He/she will be responsible for extracting, reporting, and visualizing data and deriving insightful information for business decisioning.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop, maintain, and manage project plans for process implementations.
- Identify and manage project delivery risks and all critical path activities.
- Identify and implement methods to improve efficiency in data integrity, data retrieval and utilization.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets for business decisioning.
**Qualifications**:
- BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
- Strong skills in SQL and relational database technology.
- Process management, project tracking, and strategic thinking.
- Strong ETL skills.
- Technical expertise and ability to quickly understand data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
- Understand full life cycle of credit data reporting.
- Highly proficient in data analysis tools and report development (Tableau, Alteryx, Excel).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
