**Job Description**:
**Role Purpose**: The Data Management Specialist will design and create ongoing and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support a product offering that helps Experian's data furnishers enhance and maintain quality of their reported data.
He/she will collaborate and consult with key stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery, translating business needs into analytics/reporting requirements and effective data management as a result.
**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and understand requirements to create the desired product outcome whether it is an ad hoc request or an ongoing product offering.
- Translate business needs and requirements into clear data analytics reports.
- Responsible for key strategic client projects and always delivers the product on time.
- Ensure the data is available, retrieving the data from a various data sources, ordering the data in a visual and structured manner, and deliver the product on time.
- Consult with key stakeholders: marketing, sales, consulting, operations and clients concerning requirements for product creation, build and delivery to enhance data reporting quality.
**Qualifications**:

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Excellent self-learning skills.
- Must be proactive.
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines.
- Critical thinking with the ability to identify and relate business problems to data quality issues and vice versa.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with an emphasis in packaging and translating analytical results into relevant presentations for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work with teams including technology, operations, marketing and sales.
- Ability to creatively work through various system constraints and create holistic.
dashboards/reports based on data from diverse sources.
- Credit bureau data and financial industry knowledge a plus.
- Good knowledge of SQL language and concepts of data base (DB2 and MySQL strongly preferred).
- Strong Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with analytical tools for business purposes (Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview, Microsoft Strategy) is strongly preferred.
