**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- Client contact, setup, support, and delivery of DIS standard reports
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen Data Furnisher service and internal business partner support
- Monitor DIS system availability, and track quality metrics to ensure SLAs are met
- Routinely engage critical stakeholders (e.g., Data Specialists, Consultants, Product Manager, etc.)
to support Strategic and Preferred accounts
**Qualifications**:
- Strong Microsoft office skills, especially skilled at organizing and tracking on MS Excel
- Robust written and oral communication skills in English
- Excellent time management
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent attention to details
- Adept at conducting root cause analyses
- Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Excellent critical and independent thinking skills
- Experience within financial services, technology, or information services industry
- Query-based data analysis skillset is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL preferred
- Experience working with analytical tools for business purposes is a plus
- Proactive and self-motivated
