This position maintains the database by entering new and updating the customer (or vendor) records and related data. This individual assists in analyzing account and contact data to reduce duplicate records, resolve incorrect data and ensure records are maintained timely and accurately. The main objective of this role is to maintain accurate and clean data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information into the system. Ensure party (customer, vendor, or contact) information is correct; clean up and remove inaccurate information. Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.- Processes customer (or vendor) source documents and files per operating procedures.- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures.- Responsible for data accuracy and integrity and making sure that all requests are completed within 24 hours during the regular business working hours.- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.- External Customers / Vendors Daily Verify and confirm existing customer / vendor data.- Internal Customers (various departments) Daily Maintain / enter customer and vendor data along with related information.- Responsible for setups in multiple areas within MDM/Oracle.- Work with internal and external auditors defining the process flow and providing the information required.-
Key Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years' of experience with data management activities- Advanced English level.- High degree of attention to detail is a requirement of the position.- Exhibits strong customer service knowledge and understanding of skills required.- Ability to partner with other departments and interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.- Knowledge of the Aviation and Marine industries desirable.-
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
