**Description**:
This role will give you the opportunity to work with key leaders and a global team, supporting initiatives to improve the overall employee experience, FOW/Distributed work and overall company strategy.
**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The AMS Regional Community Program Manager will work supporting the Ops Managers/Team & RCLs with driving community initiatives, strategy and planning aligned to the four strategic pillars 1) Talent/Culture/Community, 2) Brand and Ecosystem, 3) Innovation, and 4) Governance & compliance.
This role is a key component in enabling the Future of Work transformation in a distributed-first working mindset.
You will report to the Sr.
Regional Ops Manager and work alongside with a global team of Operations specialists, Managers and senior leaders.
This team is responsible for working on the continuous improvement of the overall employee experience, culture connection and communities identity.
**SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:
- Supports Ops Management, RCLs and special interest groups with PO creation, Vendor management coordination, recognition swags & engagement ideas
- Support Ops Management and regional leadership with hybrid and On-Site activities logistics coordination and execution
- Responsible for coordinating Coffee connects and Fun activities
- Responsible of working with regional community champions and coordinate communication plans of upcoming events and initiatives
- Responsible of budget spending tracking in collaboration with Ops team and Ops Manager
- Support Operations leadership by providing budget usage analysis to help defining quarterly budget allocation based on performance results (engagement & CSAT)
- Be driven and a self-starter with a growth mindset and always looking to convert challenges into opportunities.
- You seize opportunities pro-actively and take the initiative to identify gaps, solve problems and analyze various situations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Advanced English Level B2 or above
- Ability to influence effectively and drive results
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Assist in tracking and monitoring key performance metrics
- Support program and event launches
- Contribute to project plans for improvement and scalability of team's operations
**Where is this role located?
**
Flexible: The role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working from a local VMware office and remote depending on your preferences and the arrangements determined with your future manager.
You will be expected to live within a reasonable commute of the office.
