TransPerfect provides a full array of language and business support services, including translation, multicultural marketing, website globalization, legal support, and any kind of technology solution.- Job Summary- Position Responsibilities- Working with stakeholders including data, design, and product teams and assisting them with data-related technical issues- Assembling large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements.- Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes (SSIS, Azure Data Factory)- Analyze and formulate architectural data structures.- Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems.- Essential Skills and Experience Required- Exceptional problem-solving skills- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success- Strong initiative and the ability to work independently.- Knowledge of agile development; familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus.- Extensive experience with SQL Databases (Azure SQL Server)- Hands-on experience with SQL database design- Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.- Strong customer service, interpersonal, written, and oral communication, virtual communication, critical thinking.- Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in a Data Engineer or similar role- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field; a master's is a plus.- Data engineering certification is a plus- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
