**Your Role and Responsibilities**
The WFM Data Analyst will work with the WFM Leadershipp Team, the extended WFM Team and the Kyndryl delivery team in building analytics solutions to drive hiring decisions, HC distribution, staffing strategies, tracking and monitoring of performance key metrics among others.
Additionally the role is expected to have an active participation in automation activities that will simplify and increase the efficiency of the reports production for the team, as par of his/her role this role will have a set of defined reports to produce on a regular and will work on adhoc reporting request coming from the leadership team.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
1.
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Knows complex nested formulas, Pivot tables, visualize data, feels comfortable working with spreadsheets of 100K+ lines, can transform data).
2.
Knowledge of Visual Basic, can program and edit macros.
3.
Proven Experience with Power Queries.
4.
Proven Experienced with Business Intelligence tools, PowerBI preferably.
5.
Knowledge of SQL, can write, run and edit queries.
6.
Knowledge of Python for Data Analysis (Pandas, Numpy, Seaborn, Matplotlib Libraries), can run, edit and develop queries from scratch.
7.
Advanced English level, both spoken & written.
8.
Self-starter & Excellent Time Management and Prioritization skills.
9.
Strong communication skills in English, frequent verbal and written interaction with Partners, APs and Sr. Management.
10.
Good negotiation skills that allow us to negotiate and obtain agreements with Stakeholders and counterparts.
11.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and provide timely solutions to the Project Contacts and Clients.
12.
Ability to Recognize, anticipate problems and provide advice to solve business critical issues.
13.
Experience leading initiatives and projects with successful business outcomes.
14.
Good organizational and time management skills; ability to continually prioritize time and tasks in line with changing requirements and business objectives.
15.
Experience working on client projects or minimum 5 years of direct customer service experience.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
1.
Experience with Exploratory, Descriptive and Predictive Statistical Analysis.
2.
Experience with Machine Learning for building predictive analysis.
