**Are you ready to make an impact through innovation?** Our customer, a leading private lending company in the US specializing in residential real estate, is seeking 1-2 talented individuals to join our client's team as Data Analysts.

As a Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in distilling client's data into actionable business insights. From statistical analysis to data cleaning, report creation, and presenting compelling narratives, you'll collaborate closely with our Head of Data and AI to drive informed decision-making.

**What we're looking for**:

- 2+ years of experience extracting insights from data.
- Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools like Tableau, Sigma, or PowerBI.
- Strong quantitative reasoning skills and attention to detail.

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Experience with real estate, location, or image data.
- Proficiency in Python or experience with Salesforce.
