Collect info from stakeholders to upload to the system. Understand these steps, execute them and being able to provide improvements.
- Create/update training documentation for users
- Minimum skills:
2. Ability to prioritize and organize work: set standards for processes created so that they can be replicated, ability to identify resources required, ability to clearly communicate both verbal and written, including summarizing status and communicating clearly in meetings.

4. Data analysis: Expert in excel, ability to perform pivot tables with existing data sources, ability to analyze data, make inferences and understand implications.
