**Position Summary**:
The Data Analyst will be part of the GBS Performance Management team supporting data analytics for various teams throughout GBS Shared Services including O2C, R2R, P2P and Customer Care.
This is a global role working across our Shared Services Centers in Costa Rica, Scotland and Hungary.
This role will work along with stakeholders and colleagues to analyze metrics and drive foresight data analytics.
The objective would be to support the Operations team in driving data analytics around performance management.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive foresight data analysis to assist the Operations teams to help them maintain KPIs at a green level
- Using the data we have, provide analyses to empower and assist our stakeholders in making decisions
- Utilize data visualization and analysis tools to interpret the results of key performance indicators (KPIs) and other important business metrics
- Conduct descriptive and diagnostic analytics on data and identify areas of opportunity
- Utilizes knowledge of Operations to provide analysis that will drive performance instill a culture of continuous performance improvement
- Analyzes data to identifies and diagnoses problems early and help bring the right people together to formulate and execute a solution
- Supports the analysis of data used to implement performance improvement initiatives to remedy key misses on KPI's
- Assist in the design of automated reporting and dashboards to track business performance metrics
- Incorporate standardization in Metrics across new Migrations (Existing Workstream and New Workstreams)

**Skills/ Qualification/ Experience**
- This position requires a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Experience in process mining experience is an advantage.
- Process improvement skills, understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Has an analytical mindset
- Service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- The individual should have the ability to work in a face-paced environment
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize workload
- Excellent interpersonal skills needed with the ability to communicate well in a diverse work environment and with various levels of management
- English language skills are required for this role
