Job Description Summary:
The Digital Assets Management (DAM) team offers our internal clients a solid process and service for archiving digital assets such as images, videos, and audio used and prepared by the Production and broader Marketing team.

Asset archiving is a vital process that concludes a campaign's lifecycle, where the team follows a strict process for creating a digital backup of all the assets and their metadata (licensing info, legal information, geographical use, etc.) that makes them easy to find for the final client.

You will work globally and cross-functionally across internal teams and external stakeholders to guide the digital asset lifecycle from creation to asset delivery, through archival. You will increase brand control, improve productivity, and maintain systems to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role responsible for both the systems and executional work.

In addition, you will keep updated track of each task to collect metrics for continuous improvement.

As part of the DAM team, you will also be required to:

- Collect source files from multiple locations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to do it
- Review and fix metadata information for the files collected. When fixing is not possible, coordinate with stakeholder(s) the obtention of such information
- Whenever needed, reorganize files in a folder structure that ensures expedited approval
- Ingest digital assets in the client's DAM tool following the client's process
- Perform formal submission of uploaded jobs to the client's DAM team, while copying all involved stakeholders from agency and local lead
- Perform follow-up to submitted jobs with the client's DAM team to ensure prompt approval
- Report the progress of each task in the control tool, informing the stakeholder(s) about the milestones achieved and/or requesting any information or assets needed
- Always maintain the status of each task in the control tool
- Reply to agency stakeholders promptly and cordially, as well as manage expectations by timely sharing relevant information

Minimum qualifications:

- PC or Mac proficiency
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and demonstrated familiarity with all types of file formats, including video formats
- Excellent organization and time management; possesses an ability to prioritize a large volume of work effectively & efficiently with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail; demonstrating a high degree of accuracy and analysis
- Ability to use good judgment when performing tasks and to solve problems autonomously, as well as determine when it is appropriate to escalate an issue for assistance
- Excellent communication (oral and written) in English, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, openly, honestly and with integrity
- Ability to maintain positive, respectful, and professional relationships with team, other departments, clients, and vendors

Preferred qualifications:

- College degree.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and demonstrated familiarity with all types of file formats, including video formats
- Digital design, website development, video, or any other digital marketing background
- Previous experience with digital assets management tools (e.g., Canvas, Veeva, Aprimo, Fuze)
