Responsibilities Provide customer support to employees completing expense reports in Concur Audit submitted pre-approved expense reports for policy violations, suspicious and/or incorrectly submitted expenses.
Run reports from Concur as requested Perform user acceptance testing as necessary for modifications made to Concur Manage Bank of America diversion accounts to ensure proper payment Provide support to local program administrators Open tickets with Concur as requested Perform SOX controls as assigned

**Requisitos**:
**Skills Required**: Strong English verbal and written skills to support daily interaction with US travelers Ability to read and interpret business policies and communicate policies to employees Ability to interpret report request requirements to deliver as requested Average Excel skills Concur experience preferred but not required
