These inbound inquiries will be coming from both external customers and internal business partners.
This role will require you to accurately capture required customer information and issues as well as document customer inquiry details using appropriate computer applications in an expedient and timely manner.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Handles a wide range of inquiries and/or complaints that are received via phone, email and chats.Responds to a variety of inbound inquiries and complaints from both internal business partners and external customers, taking action as appropriate: Identifying the needAssessing the situationProviding inquiry resolution and escalation per established processesTriages inquiries to other internal areas for resolutionDocuments customer interactions accurately and completelyIs able to manage entry level questions onProduct information and technical specsCustomer service related inquiriesTriage calls to appropriate areas with 3M for further assistanceShares 3M new products and services with customers to meet their requirements Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:High School DiplomaMinimum of one (1) year call center, customer order entry, or other customer service experience requiredTypes a minimum of 40-45wpmFluent English C1Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited University Minimum one-year combined experience using workforce management systems and/or contact management systems Strong interpersonal skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Must be able to adapt easily to rapid change and work well independently and with teams Strong system aptitude and analytical skills Must be able to develop positive relationships with all internal clients, all levels of 3M leadership as well as 3M customers Being fluent in French and/or Portuguese is highly attractiveSupporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
