Manage and support customer accounts and supply requests

- Familiarity with Intel Architecture products/customers and a working knowledge of broader market drivers and trends
- Demonstrated skills in driving processes and solving problems across multiple business groups
This position is part time (22.5 - 35 hours per week), but full-time hours may be considered (36 - 45 hours per week)
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Must be an active student of Bachelor's Degree (with half of the career completed), Licentiate or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Accountancy, Data Science/Analytics, or other Business related fields
- Intermediate-advanced Excel, including the use of pivot tables, advanced logic functions, and other complex formulas
- Intermediate to Advanced English level (able to communicate both verbally & written in a clear and concise manner)
- Willing to work at least 30+ hours per week
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in any customer service roles
- Knowledge of SAP / Salesforce systems
- Knowledge of Portuguese language

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
