**Descripción del puesto**:
We are hiring a customer service representative to support law firms in the USA.

As part of your duties you will receive inbound and outbound calls from clients, completing
all paperwork and entering data requested,

**Requisitos**:
**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
2. Ability to handle calls in a professional manner.
3. English Level C1
4. Comfortable using computers
5. Experience working with customer support ( at least 1 yr exp)
6. Ability to multitask
7. American Visa ( a plus)

**Beneficios**:
Schedule: On site, from 9am
- 1pm ( may change)

**Salary**: 300 mil Colones

**Detalles**:
