**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following_
- Provides superior customer service over the telephone to our customer base including, but not limited to, dental offices and dental labs.
- Sets up new accounts and maintains customer master data in SAP.
- Answers incoming interactions from Straumann, Neodent, and ClearCorrect customers in a professional, timely manner.
- Provides basic technical support on all Straumann products.
- Processes orders accurately and efficiently using SAP.
- Problem solve and provide resolution to order and shipping issues.
- Accomplishes weekly productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction goals.
- Attends and contributes to team and company meetings to stay up to date on relevant information.
- Follows safety rules and maintains personal safety and the safety of others, including maintaining a clean and
- Read and interprets training documents, safety rules, operating manuals, maintenance instructions, and procedural documents.
- Completes training required for this position.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 1+ years of experience providing customer services or support.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English and French
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior dental experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Prior sales experience
- Basic computer skills including PC, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to read and interpret training documents, safety rules, and procedural documents in English.
- Ability to speak with and deal with a wide variety of customers and positively provide solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and collaborate well with others.
