**Customer Service Representative**
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, identifying their issues and routing them to the appropriate engineers when necessary.
- Create and manage tickets for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the Technical Assistance Center (TAC), providing necessary information and support.
- Create licenses and support accounts for clients worldwide.
- Ensure all Premium Service orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Work and collaborate with third-party vendors to manage shipments, deliveries, and returns.
- Provide tracking and status updates on all 4-hour calls submitted to the Technical Centers.
- Update the Siebel Database to accurately document customer cases and interactions.
- Notify customers regarding product shipments and delivery updates.
- Manage caseloads efficiently, ensuring timely closure of customer cases.
- Handle high visibility exceptions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide the best possible solutions.
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma
- Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to learn and understand networking concepts.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate and work well with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Siebel Database or similar customer support systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in a customer support or technical support role is preferred.

**Salary**: ¢500,000.00 - ¢530,000.00 per month
