Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Key job responsibilities:

- Providing innovative customer service to address billing, account access and authentication inquires and general resource management while keeping customer data safe.
- Working with other customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.
- Identifying root-causes of customer issues, areas for improvement and providing valuable feedback to business and development teams.
- Assisting with customer communication during AWS critical launches and support events. This role does require the ability to work weekends and/or evenings.

**Skills**:

- Advanced English Speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English - 85% / B2
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- High School Diploma (preferred)
- Call center experience (preferred)
