Customer Service Coordinator (Solventum)
The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Independently manages Order entry, order status, product info inquiry, complaints, pricing, shipping and inventory requests and issues using SAP and Salesforce
- Own and manage all aspects of the customer relationship, from entry to delivery, by following up on escalations, delays, and transportation issues.
- Manages multiple inquiries and develops solutions for moderately complex issues within customer service areas, such as Account Management, Customer Issue Resolution, Customer Inquiry Support
- Demonstrates greater knowledge of systems/processes while working directly with DCs, Sales, division supply chain, and internal and external customers.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with external customers and internal 3M personnel by telephone and/or written correspondence.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (4) years of customer service experience in a private, governmental or public environment.
OR
- High School Diploma/GED from AND (6) years of customer service experience in a private, governmental or public environment
Added qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce and SAP experience
- Initiates, leads, and implements the process of problem identification and resolution.
- Ability to follow through with commitments and show concern for the needs of others.
