**In this Role, your responsibilities will be**
- Issue quotes to the customers.
- Enter the purchase orders received via electronic.
- Maintain orders (change of destinations, change in transportation, expedite etc.)
- Supervise orders, which contain specific and special instructions, as well as define priority of vitality.
- Maintain an order in the tracking tools for the different order entries.
- Make requests to the seller to expedite the entry of orders into the system.
**Who you are**

- You focus on priorities and set stretch goals.
**For this role you will need**
- Student or BS with a technical background (Administration, Industrial Engineer or related preferably).
- Experience: 1 year of experience in technical and industrial environment.
- Skill to perform multiple activities, handling of computer packages.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills (both oral and written)
- Computers skills, MS Office (Word, Excell, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access). Power Way.
- ISO9001 Knowledge.
- Willing to improve and develop partnership.
- English, B1+
- Familiarity with ERP systems as Oracle is a plus.
