- 1+ years Customer Service experience in multinational organizations.
- Skilled for multitasking in a successful manner and managing different systems at a time
- Customer centric focus
- Dynamic and resourceful
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict data privacy policies
- 90% English proficient: Oral and written
- Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook)
