**Responsibilities**
- Lead and plan the customer project implementation from the initiation until closure
- Engage and empower the project team and guide them along the way
- Accurately schedule resources and forecast delivered revenue
- Monitor and track action items through to closure and record all decisions, risks, or issues
- Coordinate project resources - driving performance and ensuring efficient resource onboarding and offboarding.
- Contribute to continuous PMO process improvements by promoting and highlighting successful experiences.

**Required Experience**
- Direct experience leading all phases of the customer implementation project lifecycle.
- Experience running multiple projects simultaneously with cross-team dependencies.
- Experience leading diverse project teams and project teams with 5 people or more.
- International experience preferred.

- Able to take a consultative approach and make sure scope and project boundaries are maintained.

- Smartsheet, MS Project and Office apps

- Proficiency in English language.
**Certifications**
- Bachelor's degree (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent or relevant working experience
- PMP certification or similar (required)
- Scrum Master Certification (preferred)
- Product Owner Certification (preferred)
- ITIL Foundation (preferred)
