**Your role at Baxter**
This role will provide support in leading all relatable processes for the customers of all sales channel supported by the regional Shared Service Center. Responsibilities also include occasional formal relationship management with the business partners, GPOs and other GBS functions.
**What you'll be doing**
- Provide support on master data management methodologies and techniques applicable.
- Ensures master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the master data quality.
- Provides authoritative advice in resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies collaborating with authorities, GPOs and data stewards
- Support standardization and process improvement activities to reduce complexity, eliminate errors and improve the quality of outputs and transactions
- Identifying, defining, and implementing process improvements.
- Identify and present solutions for continuous process improvements to Customer Data Management Lead
- Keep up to date with standard processes and technology improvements and find opportunities to implement those.
**What you'll bring**
- Excellent problem solving, and customer service skills
- Functional knowledge of the accounts receivable and dispute management processes.
- Adaptable to new insights and ways of accomplishing tasks
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient in using JDE and or similar ERP, C2C Technology (advantage)
- Microsoft Office suite Proficient.
- Proven track record in master data management and improvements.
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or similar work experience.
- 2+ years experience in SSC or similar role
