The Impact You'll Make in this Role
The Customer Incentive Plan Team is part of USAC Customer Operations. The CIP team provides administration of and support for Customer Incentives (Rebates) to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service personnel in the US and Canada.
Job Duties (include but are not limited to):
- Executing merchandising rebate validation calculations, Market Development Fund (MDF) agreement construction, MDF payments, and dispute/deduction reconciliation.
- Build and maintain MDF agreements
- Administer MDF claims
- Utilize Power BI and Excel tools to validate sales and program results
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively to ensure metrics are met
- Generate non-routine and complex research when requested

- Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests
- Flexible and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Risk management analysis skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Technical degree or higher from an accredited university or a minimum of 1-year combined experience in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Pricing, Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing.
- Advanced Excel skills including familiarity with conditional formulas, VLookUp, and pivot tables.
- Fluent in English (C1+)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years combined experience in finance, accounting, analytics, pricing, customer service, or marketing.
- Self-starter with strong leadership capabilities and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build conditional formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, create macros and manage large data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking, reasoning, and analytical skills.
- Flexible and detail oriented.
