**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Help inform the strategy and execution of projects/initiatives that identify, design, & deliver optimal experiences at meaningful touch points throughout the customer journey to enhance relationships and differentiate Client.
Provide industry trends relevant to customer-facing technology and provide expertise as well as guidance to management on best practices.
- Work with internal technology, digital, and operations teams at Client to position and promote customer-focused innovation at all touch points
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Stakeholder Management.
- Agile learning and working practices.
- Business Strategy.
- Project Management.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit etc.)
Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability.
