If you are looking for a career in an open, creative, passionate environment and would like to participate in creating something new - apply today!Data Steward Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Ownership of Customer Master Data for assigned 3M accounts.Provide data governance for updates and accomplish compliance rules.Work closely with other 3M teams to communicate attribute changes.Manage request cycle time within standard service level agreement.Understand the processes and standards in place to effectively and accurately manage data.Understand upstream and downstream implications of customer data changes.Utilize Salesforce.com for receiving work requests and communicating with Requestors.Able to follow directions & Standard Operating Procedures.Understand and act on team priorities.Constantly communicate status in both verbal and written forms.Understand End to End process and provide recommendations for process improvement.Participate in sox compliance audits.Ability to run and create reports.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 1+ year of experience in Customer Data / Master DataMust have Portuguese (B2) and English (B2+)Ability to articulate/demonstrate complex reasoning skillsDetail oriented/accurate and thoroughAbility to analyze and problem solveProficient using and working in Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel)Attention to detail and ability to follow documented instructions is highly requiredGood communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Salesforce and AS400 experienceCustomer service experienceSupporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
