**Position Summary**
Citi Security and Investigative Services (CSIS) is a full-service security and investigative team that protects the assets, integrity, and reputation of Citi and its clients.
We accomplish this by offering in-house professional security services and independent investigations to clients across all of Citi's businesses and regions, and partnerships with other Citi business groups, law enforcement agencies, governments, and industry counterparts.
The CSIS Operational Center Analyst is responsible for executing day to day operations in alignment with the CSIS Global Operations franchise manual.
The position focuses on executing the maker processes of global and regional CSIS Third Party Management (TPM) activities (On-boarding (risk assessment/due diligence), contract, accounts payable, ongoing monitoring and termination) and invoice operations.
This resource will be responsible for supporting daily operations and will provide feedback to simplify and improve operational processes related to vendor management and invoice operations
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Supports the implementation of the global / regional CSIS Third Party Risk Management policies and procedures (Third Party life cycle related to maker processes) by executing related internal processes and associated controls
- Maintains vendor relationship activities by acting as a CSIS business Activity Owner (BAO).
- Support operational (end-to-end process) documentation and identification of all the requisitions related to projects and/or business as usual operations.
- Confirms that vendors are correctly classified and in compliance with Citi's policies.
- Ensures that vendors meet their contractual obligations (services provided on time with proper quality levels).
- Ensures all the due diligence and ongoing monitoring controls are executed and closed as per the target close date.
- Confirms that the services provided are accurately paid.
- Creates Purchase Orders (PO) and processes invoices of both CASP and Non CASP vendors and adheres to No PO No invoice control and avoids after the fact PO creation.
- Assigns the appropriate commodity, accounts and approver while creating the PO and processing the invoices
- Ensures all the contracts that are eligible for renewal are renewed on time
- Sustains communications with vendor and accounts payable contacts.
- Provides data for TPM/invoice operations quality assurance review (ARCM's) and audits.
- Performs monthly and annual reconciliations between actual payments and accounting information
- Provides amounts for allocating security & investigative expenses monthly.
- Submits month end and year end accrual to the respective regional and global CSIS finance team
- Provides reports of the inventory of invoice being processed, balance of PO against each function and region based on the agreed frequency or on adhoc basis.
- Generates periodic queries on financial, accounting, security, safety, fraud, etc.
with accuracy to identify and process data sources.
- Builds operational and executive reports based on CSIS management and/or functions need
- ** Experience**:
- Minimum 3 years in a high volume fast-paced, large-scale company.
- Preferred experience working in a Shared Services Operations Model.
- Experience in Accounts Payable and invoice processing.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.

- ** Qualifications**
- Minimum BA, post graduate degrees welcomed.
- Experience with payment processing, financial analysis, and budget/forecast required.
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Demonstrated self-starter and resourceful individual, with experience operating in fast paced and dynamic operational settings.
- Excellent interpersonal, self-management, and organizational skills; excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to develop and sustain collaborative and productive relationships with other functional areas.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills (Excel formulas, data management in Excel e.g., pivot tables)
