CSIS is a full-service team that protects the employees, assets, information, integrity, and reputation of Citi and its clients.
We accomplish this by offering industry-leading professional security services, fraud prevention, and independent investigations to all of Citi's businesses and regions globally, and by partnering with internal business colleagues, law enforcement agencies, and the industry internally.
Daily Operations activities are pointed out below but no limited to this list only:

- Act as Business Activity Owner for the assigned supplier relationships
- Monitor and control the Security & Safety vendors to support and help the related budget
- Enter purchase orders in P2P to support and control the assigned budget
- Support to all expenses requests on the required systems, to help on control at the assigned budget (invoice management)
- Execute automated procedures interfacing with systems to report business analytics and financial support indicators
- Generate periodic reports for Regional and Global Operations
- Test reports and use problem solving skills to determine problems' root cause and suggest solutions with users

The CSIS Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role.
Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems.
Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.
Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub function/ job family.
Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.
Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.
Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact.
Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results.
Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner.
Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information.
Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities.
Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
**Responsibilities**:

- This role will manage projects and programs related to intelligence, governance, budgets and financing, technology, training, communications, reporting, risk and control management
- This job will drive results and accountability across all levels of the global team, while encouraging high standards and stressing the importance of continuous improvement
- Proactively analyze threats that create a risk to the company, its employees, shareholders, assets and clients
- Identify and report on operational events and trends, tactical assessments of current and future threats, operational, tactical and strategic recommendations to counter those threats.
- Develop, analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) for the existing business model
- Ensure these KPIs and KRIs are aligned to the business model and modified in lines with changing business objectives
- Ensure appropriate methodology is selected to draw conclusions and make recommendations answering specific business needs.
- Create succinct narrative reports, presentations, visual mapping and link charts or similar diagrams to report analytical assessments
- Display data and the results of analysis in clear straightforward business report that can be understood by non-technical readers
- Provide written explanations of approach and analysis in plain language that supports the conclusions and observations.
- Take ownership in projects and make suggestions for improvement
- Proactively work to identify, communicate, and resolve project issues and risks that interfere with project execution

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience related to Sourcing activities, accounts payable, invoice processing, management or operational area or processing field
- Experience in team coordination in a fast-paced environment
- Call handling, Contact Center or Help desk experience is a plus
- Fluent/advanced English level
- Experience in operating in business English in a corporate role
- Additional language proficiency (Portuguese) is a plus
- Intermediate command of MS Suite
- University degree in areas related to Finance
