SmileDirectClub is looking for Licensed Dentists and Orthodontists to help our customers achieve the smile they deserve.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review treatment plans and diagnostic information for appropriateness and accuracy, prior to submitting it to a network licensed dental professional for final approval.
- Support customer care associates, offering guidance and clinical support as needed including communication with patients and doctors
- Recommend changes to be made to the Setup Technician through use of CA
- Assist with quality assurance monitoring and process improvement initiatives
- Actively participate in side projects that allow process improvements
Qualifications:
- Odontology Degree
- 1 year or more of clinical chair-side experience required
- Minimum of B2+ English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication, conversation and active listening skills
- Experience with clear aligner treatment is a plus
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Typing skills of 45+ WPM a plus
- Progressive, business-minded professional who wants a non-clinical position in the dental industry
