Are you up for it?SmileDirectClub is looking for Licensed Dentists and Orthodontists to help our customers achieve the smile they deserve.**Responsibilities**:- Review treatment plans and diagnostic information for appropriateness and accuracy, prior to submitting it to a network licensed dental professional for final approval.- Support customer care associates, offering guidance and clinical support as needed including communication with patients and doctors- Recommend changes to be made to the Setup Technician through use of CA- Assist with quality assurance monitoring and process improvement initiatives- Actively participate in side projects that allow process improvementsQualifications:- Odontology Degree- 1 year or more of clinical chair-side experience required- Minimum of B2+ English proficiency, both written and spoken- Excellent communication, conversation and active listening skills- Experience with clear aligner treatment is a plus- Strong computer navigation skills- Strong attention to detail and organization- Typing skills of 45+ WPM a plus- Progressive, business-minded professional who wants a non-clinical position in the dental industryCompany Profile:SmileDirectClub was founded on a simple belief: everyone deserves a smile they love.
