Manufacturing Product Engineering (MPE) team sits at the cross-section of manufacturing, design, and quality at Intel. We fail fast, iterate and continuously improve. **Truth and Transparency,** allows the best ideas to emerge and speeds our skills to solve problems faster runs through each attribute and is integral to our culture evolution.**As a Capacity Planner, the person will be responsible for**:- Drive Capacity analysis for tactical objectives (weekly execution plan) and strategic initiatives in terms of equipment capacity, space and supply chain to enable Lab's efficiency at optimized cost.- Execute at both tactical and strategic level in support of organizational objectives, in an environment with a high degree of ambiguity.- Partners with Product Readiness process to ensure on time and effective Power On's, as well as inventory and product roadmap strategies in alignment with Product Teams and Business Units.- Provides support and leadership on continuous improvement enabling; maintaining labor efficiency and tool utilization.- Establish systems to operate with the best control and cost efficiently.**Behavioral traits desired**:- Customer obsessed: understand the specific biz unit needs, adapt and respond quickly to the changes and requirements.- Collaboration and trusted partner to peers across the network, different biz units, technology development, site's and relevant business partners.- Team building/leadership and collaborative skills.- Communication and stakeholder management skills, willing to negotiate and resolve conflict within all levels of the organization towards to a win-win/best for business solution.- Tolerance to ambiguity, build consensus across organization and having a proactive approach to manage changes to deliver to tight milestones.- Synthesize complex information into clear messages and decisions.- Effective meeting and program management skills.- Thoughtful understanding on LEAN, Operational Excellence, continuous improvement and problem solving techniques.**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications**:You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.- 1+ year of experience in Supply Chain, especially in manufacturing and planning operations.- Advanced English level.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Advanced MS Office knowledge (Macros, algorithms and/or mathematical functions; Pivot and Dynamic tables programing and Power BI).- JMP expertise as a plus.- 3+ years of experience working in the Semiconductor Technical field.- Experience working with metrics and capacity models.**Inside this Business Group**Manufacturing and Product Engineering (MPE) is responsible for test development across product segments, supporting 95% of Intel's revenue. We deliver comprehensive pre-production test suites and component/physical debug capabilities to enable high quality, high volume manufacturing.**Work Model for this Role**This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
