SmileDirectClub is looking for a CRM Operations Manager to join our growing marketing team!
This role will help lead and solution for all things related to bugs, QA, alerts/monitoring, workflows, and so much more.
**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain bulletproof QA processes for all areas of development under CRM Technical.
- Work closely with the entire team to define workflows, process documentation, and SOPs.
- Own the management of CRM's alert monitoring and lead the continued effort to dial it in.
- Own and respond to all bugs/errors throw in SFMC.
Define and document ways to resolve common errors.
- Using monitoring systems & smart architecture, achieve a 99%+ accuracy & up-time in automated CRM communications.
- Help manage CRM customer data architecture & data activation to enable team to build segments & personalize communications as needed.
- Scale and create efficiencies in processes to onboard new markets.
**Qualifications**

**It will really make us smile if you have**
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or SaaS.
CRM experience a plus.
- 1+ years experience in a leadership role.
- 1+ years experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with a solid understanding of:

- AmpScript
- SSJS is a huge plus
- 3+ years experience with JavaScript/jQuery and T-SQL/MySQL.
- Experience consuming REST and SOAP based APIs.
- Unrivaled bug hunting skills.
- Proven background in software implementation & technical troubleshooting.
- Superior attention to detail.
- A self-starter personality that can thrive in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing company.
- Ability to work well in high-pressure, short-deadline situations.
- Solid work ethic, with the ability to pick up new tasks and reprioritize quickly.
- Positive attitude, and flexible personality.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.
- Sense of humor mandatory.

**Experience**:

- Digital Marketing, ecommerce or SaaS: 5 years (required)
- Salesforce marketing cloud: 1 year (required)
- Javascript: 3 years (required)
- SQL, TSQL or MySQL: 3 years (required)
