Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:The person hired for the position of CRM IT Analyst will be responsible for supporting business processes, testing functionality and providing user support in Salesforce Sales and Service areas.
The applicant will bring technical knowledge of Salesforce and/or working knowledge in associated business process areas.
You will be a self-starter with strong communication skills and the motivation to become a key participant in 3M's global deployment of SFDC.Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Work with business and TTS leadership to define user requirements, and translate them to functional specificationsPerform analysis across Salesforce and associated integration pointsProvide functional knowledge for the applications supported by 3M's TTS support organization and associated business processesSupport management that includes response, resolution and follow-through of support incidents.Facilitate interactions and escalations with appropriate groups Provide testing support that include creation, maintenance, and execution of Functional Test Cases following established Quality Standards in support of one or more functional areasTest reporting and progress updates to CRM Team (test coverage, defect management, root cause analysis, test results, etc)Configure new functionality as requested by the business during each bi-weekly sprintCollaborate as needed with other TTS support team members on configuration design questions and analysisFollow best software development practices in documentation, code reviews, version control and commenting in code.Participate in agile release level development and processes, attending scrum team activities/ceremonies.Provide global Salesforce administrationUpdate procedures, operation instructions, and any other documentation impacted by system changesBasic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field experience).2+ years of IT Experience with 2+ testing experienceProven ability to develop test cases, test scenarios, and necessary test dataExperience with creation and execution of test cases, reporting defects, triaging defects, defining severity, and setting priority for each defect.Experience working in a global support environmentIndividual must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills.
