What We Are Looking For: The CRM and Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for managing our CRM and marketing automation efforts, with a focus on implementing, automating, and optimizing customer journeys from lead nurture to retention and everything in between.
This person will oversee a variety of marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on email communications and automation.
What You'll Be Doing: Manage and optimize the use of our marketing automation platform, ensuring that it is being utilized effectively and efficiently Create email campaigns and automated journeys designed to convert, engage, and retain clients Facilitate ongoing project management to implement programs from concept to completion Collaborate with marketing colleagues and cross-functional partners to ensure quality execution Analyze and report performance results to key stakeholders Optimize email communications through A/B testing and segmentation Adhere to professional obligations such as meeting deadlines, honoring commitments, and communicating effectively and respectfully Proactively implement changes to improve our internal processes and campaign performance Complete special projects as assigned The Skills You Bring: Highly motivated and proactive self-starter with a passion for marketing and communications Ability to excel in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining constant level of high-quality work Critical thinking skills and strategic mindset with an ability to interpret data, make recommendations, and apply learnings Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight Extensive knowledge of email marketing strategies, segmentation, reporting, and best practices Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products Knowledge of Knak or other comparable email creation platform Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications 5+ years' experience in email marketing, digital communications, CRM, or related field(s) 5+ years' experience with email and marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred), including proficiency in creating and managing automated campaigns and journeys 5+ years' experience with Salesforce or other comparable CRM application Desired Qualifications: Certification in Salesforce/Marketing Cloud or other CRM application a plus Working knowledge of surveys and data capture tools Financial services and brokerage industry experience would be a strong advantage What We Offer: Collaborative work environment Competitive Salaries Yearly bonus Comprehensive benefits for you and your family starting Day 1 Unlimited Paid Time Off Flexible working environment TradeStation Account employee benefits, as well as full access to trading education materials
