**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**:
- Structure decisions to maximize profit and enhance dealer relationships
- Provide prompt, accurate responses to all internal and external inquiries.
- Maintain and develop new dealer relationships by making outside calls that ensure volume objectives and credit quality requirements are met.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Underwriting with Auto Finance experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving, organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly skilled in credit decisioning, with a solid understanding of consumer credit and applicable federal and state regulations relative to consumer lending.
- Knowledge of indirect loan programs, bank products, and services.
- Results-oriented with a high level of personal initiative.
- Sub-prime lending experience is preferred.
- Experience reviewing credit bureau reports required.
- Ability to work some evenings and Saturday hours.
**WORK HOURS**:
- No Sundays
- 5 day work week schedule
- Work some Saturdays with a day off during the week

**Our office is located in San Jose, Lindora, Santa Ana, Forum 2.
**COMPENSATION**:
$2,000/month + bonus
- **PHYSICAL WORK REQUIREMENTS**:
- Frequently: Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking
- Occasional moving and lifting of equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and tear down
- Overtime work may be required based on business needs
- Shifts and/or schedules may change, as dictated by management and business needs
- May be required to sit and review information on a computer screen for long periods of time
- May require repetitive motions of the hands and wrist related to writing and typing at an electronic keyboard
