Overview:
We are seeking a dilligent Credit Back Office to support front office functionality and smooth operations for our site in Costa Rica. As a member of the back office team you will be tasked with aiding in the administrative and managerial aspects of our staff in the front office. Additionally, you'll work behind the scenes to support the efficiency of the organization and will have the chance to contribute to a rapidly growing business in one of Latin America's leading tech hubs.

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the inclusion, exclusion and update of balances of the insurance
- Perform customer maintenance and operations where needed
- Lead and be accountable for the entry, exit, and inventory of documents
- Support the end-to-end process of formalization & disbursement
- Perform key administrative duties as well as research, data analysis, and accounting functions
- Assist and coordinate with the credit front office team & management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any related fields
- At least 2 year' experience in credit areas
- Strong understanding of computer operating systems and MS Office software
- Detail oriented and diligent work ethic - Outstanding collaborative skills
- Impeccable organizational skills & the ability to self-motivate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Nuanced knowledge of finance and accounting software
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and verbal
